What do you call Edmonton-inspired embroidery?

Embroidmonton, of course! I thought this name was just a really fun and cheeky way of describing my first Edmonton embroidery piece (the Walterdale Bridge) and thus #Embroidmonton was born.

I’ve lived in Edmonton most of my adult life and though there are many jokes about being #StillInEdmonton, I rock my YEG address with pride. That is what sparked my idea to showcase some of my favourite Edmonton landmarks and quirky Edmonton haunts through embroidery.
